General FAQ

How can I submit an order?

We offer custom production, and all aspects of the clothing, including style, size, fabric, and color, are tailored to your specifications. If you have procurement needs, please fill out a request form. We will promptly communicate with you, arrange sample production based on your requirements, provide a quote based on the sample materials selected, and proceed to production upon signing the contract. Currently, our most common modes of collaboration are:

1. You provide fabric samples, garment styles, and size charts, and we proceed to sample confirmation and production according to your specifications.

2. You provide detailed design drawings, and we produce samples based on the drawings for your confirmation before proceeding to the next production step.

What are the considerations for different order quantities?

Whether you’re seeking a single sample, have a small order, or require substantial quantities, we tailor our production process to your unique needs:
Sample Production: We offer single-piece sample production.

1. Small Orders: Fabric procurement for small orders occurs after customer confirmation due to higher fabric production costs.

2. Large Orders: For substantial orders, we follow customer requirements for fabric sourcing, weaving, dyeing, and garment production.

What are the main factors that influence the final price?

The final price is determined by various factors in custom production, including the customer’s specifications for fabric, sizes, quantity, accessories, processes, and packaging. Here are some key considerations:

1. Ordered Quantity: The larger the order, the more favorable the pricing.
Number of Sizes/colors: Consolidating sizes and colors can affect costs. For example, 100 pieces in 3 sizes (S, M, L) may cost less than 100 in 6 sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL).

2. Quality of Production: Customised features, such as unique stitching, accessories, and buttons, can impact the cost per unit.

3. Different stitching techniques, like flat-lock stitch versus reverse cross-stitch, may also contribute to pricing variations.

To provide an accurate quotation, we request customers to furnish a detailed list of materials and specific requirements (or samples). This ensures precision in the pricing estimation.

How long does it take to produce 50 pieces of clothing??

Custom production requires thorough communication and cannot be immediately arranged by placing an order with the factory. Generally, before placing an order, we go through the following steps:

1. Contact the factory and share the styles you want to produce to confirm feasibility. You can send design sketches, renderings, paper patterns, fabric samples, or sample garments. If fabric samples are unavailable, our fabric experts will need more time to provide references and finalize fabric choices. Take a T-shirt as an example. If there are no embroidery or printing processes involved, and the factory has completed the procurement of fabrics and accessories, the cutting and production process, while ensuring quality, can be completed in 1-2 days for sampling. For orders of several dozen pieces, we can produce them within 5-7 days.

2. Once we receive design sketches, renderings, or sample garments, we arrange for our purchasing team to source fabrics. If it’s a processing service where you provide materials, fabric sourcing is not needed.

3. We will create patterns based on the tech pack or samples, including communicating the pattern details and choosing the fabrics and accessories. Once the sample production is complete, we can proceed to mass production.

The production timeline for bulk orders depends on the factory’s schedule and the complexity of the designs, such as the presence of intricate processes like embroidery. If you require more professional services, feel free to contact us, and we will provide you with detailed communication and assistance.

How do we ensure the quality meets your requirements during the garment inspection?

1. Appearance defects: Garments may exhibit appearance defects such as uneven seams, wrinkles, stains, scratches, etc. To resolve these issues, we communicate with the process supervisor, enhance process control, improve workers’ skills and quality awareness, ensure that each step meets quality standards, and avoid rework or substandard products that could extend the production timeline.

2. Size deviations: Garments’ sizes may deviate from the specified standard sizes, being either too large or too small. Before production, we repeatedly confirm the accuracy and consistency of the factory’s measurements with your technical package, ensuring their understanding and adherence to size requirements.

3. Fabric quality issues: Fabric may have quality problems such as damage, color differences, pilling, color bleeding, etc. Before production, we assess the quality of purchased fabrics, including examining the fabric’s composition, weight, and feel.

4. Accessories issues: Garment accessories like buttons, zippers, hangtags, etc., may be missing, damaged, or of substandard quality. After the garments are made, we conduct inspections and tests on accessories to ensure their stability and quality meet the required standards.

5. Specific testing issues: Some garments may require specific tests, such as flame retardancy, antibacterial performance, waterproof performance, etc., and there may be cases where the tests do not pass. As our products have primarily been exported to a global market, you can rest assured about the
6. environmental and safety requirements of our products. If you require relevant test reports and specific testing, ensuring that the garments comply with the relevant standards and requirements, we collaborate with the factory to ensure their understanding and compliance with specific testing requirements, obtaining quality test reports as per your request.

Do you have guidance for my packaging and labeling?

In most cases, we expect you to provide instructions on labeling and packaging the order in your tech pack. The clearance of customs in the country of import is your responsibility, so you need to ensure that the instructions comply with EU import procedures. As garment experts, we will offer our advice, but we suggest that you stay updated with the policy in your home country. We recommend reading from garment import regulations to get a general understanding of the regulations to follow.
