Pattern-making

We will translate your tech pack and design notes for our pattern expert to create the blueprint for our clothing. We will use CAD to generate the patterns and cut the patterns with a precise machine to ensure that your garments will be produced with the quality and precision you’ve envisioned.

Develop the Samples

We will identify the most suitable factory for making samples based on our previous communication. Making samples serves two purposes: firstly, upon completing the samples, we will send them to you for confirmation. You can test the fit and functionality to ensure they meet your design requirements and can be produced in bulk.

03.

Revisions

If adjustments are needed, we will promptly communicate with the factory. If a new sample is required, we can arrange for the factory to reproduce it and resend samples until both parties are satisfied. Secondly, after the sample production, we can calculate the amount of fabric needed and estimate the expected wastage. This helps the factory provide us with a more accurate quotation.

Is the sample free?

No, both pattern-making and samples incur charges. However, If you are satisfied with the sample, and we proceed to sign a contract for mass production, the sample costs can be offset against the contract price for large-scale production.
If we recommend fabrics based on your budget and functional requirements, the sample price is relatively low. However, if we weave the fabric according to your specific requirements, the cost is higher, and consequently, the sample price is also higher.
