Contract Manufacturing

We will identify suitable suppliers based on sample feedback. As your representative, we will negotiate prices with suppliers according to your budget and sign a clothing processing contract with the manufacturer at the negotiated price. This contract clearly defines contract terms, contract product information, material procurement and responsibilities, delivery, pricing and payment, acceptance and quality assurance, change requests, intellectual property, protection, liability limits, contract termination, confidentiality, force majeure, and other rights and responsibilities. Through this contract, we ensure that you receive the specified goods within the agreed-upon time, without affecting your sales plans.

Supervising Production for Quality Control

Our manufacturing quality control spans three crucial stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. Throughout all processes, we communicate with you promptly through videos and inspection documents. Before production, we conduct fabric inspections to ensure the quality of raw materials meets the standards. During production, we implement real-time monitoring, including on-site inspections for each process such as cutting, sewing, and stitching, to prevent any non-conforming products from progressing to the next stage. Upon completion of production, we cross-verify product names, specifications, and labels. We adopt a comprehensive inspection approach, performing full inspections for small orders and random inspections for large orders, to determine whether the finished garments are labeled as ‘OK’ or ‘KO’. We consistently uphold a high level of responsibility towards both our products and customers, aiming to establish a long-term partnership with you.

Shipping

Regarding shipping, we have various options: sea freight <air freight < express,

If you want to send samples to us, we recommend using express services like DHL or FedEx. This delivery option is suitable for shipping samples and small quantities of lightweight goods, and we will utilize this method. For mass production, considering that most clothing items are volumetric, the optimal method for bulk shipping is sea freight. If you have a medium-sized order and need to expedite shipping, air freight is the preferred choice. It is more cost-effective than express services and significantly faster than sea freight, allowing for quicker turnaround times.
